I have found a few yarns that I really like to use for crocheting baby items. My top favorite yarns for crochet baby items are Caron Simply Soft, Caron Cakes and Bernat Baby Blanket Yarn. I love to use these brands because they are very soft and hold up well to being used and washed. Bernat Baby Blanket Yarn is really soft and has a chenille feel to it.
