Free Crochet Pattern: Sunshine Face Scrubber
The Sunshine Face Scrubber is another pattern in the Sunshine Collection. This free crochet pattern creates a great scrubber that I love to use for exfoliating my face. It leaves my skin so soft and smooth without irritating it in any way!
The Sunshine Face Scrubber makes great quick gifts, stocking stuffers, or even a great item to sell in your online shop or at markets.
There are so many uses for these face scrubbers! I tend to binge crochet so I have a ton of them. I like to use them as coasters and even as make up brush cleaners.
The simple texture comes from the Herringbone Half Double Crochet stitch. Don’t let the name intimidate you. The Herringbone Half Double Crochet stitch is a simple stitch that results in beautiful texture. It has been one of my favorite stitches since I learned it and I believe you will have no problem mastering this easy-to-learn stitch. You can find my video tutorial here.
I like to use I Love This Cotton yarn for my face scrubbers because it is a really soft cotton. I recently discovered Dishie cotton yarn from WeCrochet and it has quickly become one of my favorite cotton yarns. It has a nice feel to it but isn’t so soft that it won’t hold it’s shape. I haven’t made face scrubbers with it but it is definitely on my list of things to do.
You will find the free crochet pattern for these Sunshine Face Scrubbers below. Enjoy!
